Linz

Linz is the capital of the federal state of Upper Austria and the third-largest city in Austria. Once a steel town, Linz has developed into Austria's center of innovation. In addition to large industrial companies such as voestalpine, Linz is now primarily characterized by an active start-up scene with a strong focus on digitalization. Linz is also a cultural center with the Ars Electronica Center, the Ars Electronica Festival, and the Bruckner Festival. Pop and jazz music, street art, and art in public spaces also characterize the modern cityscape today.
